Gender information is maintained for federal and state reporting requirements.
2.2 Standards

M Male A male person, man or boy
F Female A female person, woman or girl
** U Unknown The gender information is not available or if the
Gender cannot be determined by name, i.e., Chris,
Pat, Terry, etc.

F - FEMALE
M - MALE
U - UNSPECIFIED
