The Northshore Site, created in Spring 2003, had the largest increased of 26.3% in the
last year.
Our male enrollment increased by 18.3% while female enrollment increased by 16.7%
Asian enrollment increased by 3.8%, our Hispanic enrollment increased by 17.0%, our
Non-Resident Alien enrollment has increased by 34%, and our African American
enrollment by 23.% in 1 year.
First-time Freshman student enrollment increased 20.9%, Readmit students increased
by 61.5% and Transfer students increased by 6.7%. While Continuing student
enrollment increased by 14.5% from Spring 2009.
Associate degree seeking students increased by 22.2%. While non-degree seekers
decreased by 22.6% and students seeking a 1-year certificate decreased by 5.2% from
Spring 2009
Enrollment at the City Park campus increased by 18.3% since Spring 2009.
West Bank has grown increased by 10.8% since Spring 2009.
Enrollment increased 17.2% from Spring 2009 (14,678) to Spring 2010 (17,208).
Enrollment is up 72% from Spring 2006 to Spring 2010.

Pre-nursing had a significant increase of 19.9%, 565 students, while the number of
Students accepted into the Nursing program increased by 7.3% from the last year.
Radiologic Technology had the largest increase of 327 students from last year. Business
& Management, Physical Therapist Assisting, Teaching Grades 1-5, General Science
and Criminal Justice had significant increases in program enrollment.
Enrollment of students residing in Orleans parish increased by 20.4%, St. Tammany
parish by 25.3% and other parishes outside the greater New Orleans area increased by
47.8%.
Allied Health division increased by 45.3% since Spring 2009.
