| How does an institution’s contract or consortial agreement provide for the following: (1) a clear indication of the responsibilities of all parties to the agreement; (2) provision for ensuring the quality of the programs and courses offered through the agreement; and (3) provision for evaluating the agreement in relation the mission of the institution?
