5. Proposed operating methodology:
� Revised Standard will be posted on Docushare the day after the meeting.
� Approval /and or further revision will take place at the second meeting.
� Each standard will be on the agenda of at least 2 meetings, allowing for members to get feedback from their areas.
� Approval will be a soft approval. It may be reintroduced if someone realizes an oversight.
� Final approval will take place in August or September.
� Standards must be in place when Finance begins to migrate data.
� All Team Leaders must reach consensus and sign off on final standards.
